Biography
Alfredo Valenzuela is not
just a singer-songwriter,
but a
conceptual performer with an obsession to
rationalize
a
positive side of life within the most sensitive
darkness.
Ironically, his language is alternative pop
meanwhile
Spanish, English, and Japanese are tools to channel
himself
directly towards his target market. Eufemismo's
active
ingredient is its philosophy. Quoting Aarón Amaya,
Musical Director:
"(Eufemismo) is totally versatile"
in every way. Musically speaking, it mixes genres
from rock,
cumbia, ballad, and bolero; to ska,
progressive,
hip hop, and electronica. The lyrics avoid
stereotypes
and monotony. From the track
We Are The Same:
it's
"(…) got mind, body, and soul;" with being
controversial as a common denominator.
He was born as Alfredo Encinas Valenzuela
on October twenty-four of 1983 in Hermosillo,
Sonora, Mexico; a descendant of families from Sahuaripa.
He's got a Bachelor in Interdisciplinary Arts And
Performance with a minor in Film Studies
from Arizona State University West in Phoenix, USA.
During his student years, he also attended to
various
courses
on Digital Cinema Production at University of Sonora,
on Psychology, and Communication Studies at
Northwest
University, and studied Japanese at Banzai,
Japanese School. He's also got studies on French,
which he plans to incorporate into his musical
career
in the future, as Esperanto, a new auxiliary language,
and potentially universal in the future.
Eufemismo's production started on
September
of 2007 with the song Mi
Igual (We Are
The Same),
and concluded musically on July of 2008
with Fool
Myself. At this moment, it's at its pre-launch
sale (you can buy it
online here) until it's
released to the market very soon
along with the first two singles:
Tu Gallo Macho
and
Amor Añejo.
Thank you so much for your support!
